The Prodigy X Football League (PXFL) is looking for dedicated individuals to fill key roles as Head Coaches, General Managers, Offensive Coordinators, and Defensive Coordinators for our inaugural season in Spring 2025!

Why Join PXFL?

As part of the PXFL, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of arena-style football in the Twin Cities. These positions are voluntary, offering the chance to work closely with top-tier talent, develop team strategies, and be part of a united leadership team guiding the PXFL to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Head Coaches: Lead the team in developing game strategies, mentoring players, and managing overall team performance. You will also choose the team’s roster and collaborate with your General Manager throughout this process. In addition, you will be responsible for finding a weekly practice location and working with your GM to select Offensive and Defensive Coordinators. While following league systems and procedures, you’ll have room to run your team within a managed environment.
General Managers: Serve as the business and operations liaison for each team, working directly with the Head Coach in drafting the team, handling player transactions, and assisting in selecting the Offensive and Defensive Coordinators. You will also manage operations throughout the season and during tryouts, and find a weekly practice location in collaboration with your Head Coach.
Offensive Coordinators: Develop and implement offensive strategies to drive team success.
Defensive Coordinators: Lead the defensive unit, creating plans to build a strong defense and counter opponents.

Optional Affiliate Program with Earning Potential:

Head Coaches, General Managers, Offensive Coordinators, and Defensive Coordinators are eligible to become super affiliates within the PXFL Affiliate Program. As a "super affiliate," you will have enhanced earning potential compatible with the PXFL Affiliate Program, similar to what our parent company, Prodigy X Football offer to other minor league football teams in North America. While participation in the affiliate program is optional, it's a free opportunity to earn overrides on sales made by your team.

Override Structure:

Head Coaches and General Managers earn overrides:
- 4% on All-Access Passes, General Admission Tickets, Player Sponsorships, and League Sponsorships.
- 2% on T-Shirts, Hoodies, Fan Jerseys, and other merchandise.
Offensive and Defensive Coordinators earn overrides:
- 2.5% on All-Access Passes, General Admission Tickets, Player Sponsorships, and League Sponsorships.
- 0.5% on T-Shirts, Hoodies, Fan Jerseys, and other merchandise.
